Europe is shaping technological transformation strategies with Industry 4.0 in Europe; China with Made in China 2025, and the USA with the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence Technologies. T\u00fcrkiye named its strategy consisting of 5 main components including &#8220;High Technology and Innovation&#8221;, &#8220;Digital Technology and Transformation&#8221;, &#8220;Entrepreneurship&#8221;, &#8220;Human Capital&#8221; and &#8220;Infrastructure&#8221; as the National Technology Initiative within the framework of the fundamental goals available in the roadmap specified in the 2023 Industry and Technology Strategy Plan. In this way, policies regarding the moves to be taken towards technological transformation will be applied as a whole in a harmonious way. Bili\u015fim Vadisi performs its activities with the goal to let T\u00fcrkiye become fully independent in terms of economy and technology within the framework of the vision of National Technology Move. In this respect, Bili\u015fim Vadisi acts as a bridge to allow T\u00fcrkiye to transfer its achievements in defense industry to civilian technologies.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Open Source Platform T\u00fcrkiye&#8221; and &#8220;42 Software Schools&#8221; which started their activities at Bili\u015fim Vadisi in August 2021 to realize the goal of &#8220;Increasing the Software Capacity of T\u00fcrkiye and Open Source Platform&#8221; specified in the Human Capital section included in the 2023 Industry and Technology Strategy Plan, contributed to Turkish natural language processing as a significant step towards reducing licensing costs, lowering foreign-dependency and becoming a strong global leader in software sector.<\/p>\n<p>The National Technology Move bases its strategy on three concepts. These concepts are &#8220;indigenous&#8221;, which means belonging to a certain area in geographical terms; &#8220;national&#8221;, which means belonging to a certain nation; and &#8220;authenticity&#8221;, which means that a product with an intellectual value does not directly include other intellectual outputs but has its own specific intellectual value. TOGG (Automobile Initiative Group of T\u00fcrkiye) available at Bili\u015fim Vadisi is produced in line with these three concepts and plays a transformative role in the mobility ecosystem.
