Bilişim Vadisi

Design Center

Design Clustering Center is a “New Design Ecosystem” that works for Turkish design to become a global brand. Architectural Design, Public Art, Industrial Design and Fashion Design are available in the Design Clustering Center, which is exclusively present at Bilişim Vadisi among all techno parks. Valuable artists and designers in our country bring tradition and innovation together to blend technology with art. Within the framework of this vision, the Center aims to establish business relationships between design companies and R&D companies to integrate design to technological products.
Industrial design of AirCar, a two-person capacity electrical and fully autonomous flying car, was developed in this Center. AirCar, which can make approximately 70-km with two passengers, aims to introduce cargo and search & rescue versions in 2024 and to start carrying passengers in 2026.

In the Design Clustering Center which effectively unites design and industry, activities are carried out in harmony with digital technologies in the fields of wearable technology and NFT in addition to the agreements executed with R&D companies. Fırat Neziroğlu’s ‘Renaissance Girl’ painting, which took 550 hours to paint, is listed on Rarible with 18 Ethereum coins. Neziroğlu exposed his first men’s wear collection at New York Fashion Week and wove Queen Elizabeth’s portrait upon a proposal from London. Fırat Neziroğlu wove the portrait located in Buckingham Palace for the Design Clustering Center and his work is exposed there. The Center takes part in international works as a stakeholder of “Design Strategy and Action Plan” which was prepared by the Turkish Design Council founded by the vision of Mustafa Varank, Minister of Industry and Technology. The Center hosted Italian Design Days held in 2021 with the collaboration of Bilişim Vadisi and Instituto Europeo di Design Milano and it continues to enter into international collaborations.
