We believe that Eduvence, created to meet the changing needs of the education world and offer innovative learning solutions, will make significant contributions to Türkiye’s education ecosystem by providing high-quality educational opportunities. I would also like to emphasize that the information shared throughout the event is crucial for transferring experiences in the industry and discovering new opportunities. We are confident that these types of meetings will contribute to strengthening our educational technologies ecosystem and accelerating our country’s digital transformation journey. I want to emphasize our belief that together, we will develop solutions that will shape the future, especially with the potential we have in the field of educational technologies.”
Emphasis on Digitalization in Education
In the opening speeches, Bilişim Vadisi General Manager Erkam Tüzgen, Artİstanbul Co-Founder Ali Işıngör, and Professor Dr. Cihan Çobanoğlu from the McKibbon Foundation Chair of the University of South Florida discussed the importance of digital transformation in education and addressed the impact of next-generation learning technologies on the future.
Our Goal is to Make Türkiye a Leader in Educational Technologies
Bilişim Vadisi General Manager Erkam Tüzgen stated, “With our latest product, Eduvence, we provide an educational infrastructure for both individuals and institutions. We will offer advanced educational opportunities from both industry professionals and education experts to those seeking learning. Eduvence will also support a hybrid learning model. Alongside these, as diplomas lose their significance globally, the importance of competencies is rising. Through the Eduvence platform, we aim to provide online certification and document individuals’ competencies. Our goal is to make Türkiye one of the leading countries in educational technologies, just like in all other fields undergoing transformation worldwide. We will create these, implement them, and develop young talents from here. I hope that the event we are inaugurating today will be remembered as a turning point in the future.” Tüzgen also pointed out that 42 Türkiye has succeeded in producing students who understand the importance of learning and strive to learn independently.
Our Goal is for Eduvence to Reach 100,000 Students in One Year
Ali Işıngör, Co-Founder of Artistanbul, emphasized that Eduvence’s infrastructure has powerful assessment tools and analytics, saying, “Just like the mission of 42 Schools, we aim for Eduvence to be a meeting point for developers, companies, and institutions. Our intention is to share the Eduvence infrastructure with all universities and include their education here. We are opening the Eduvence infrastructure to everyone. Our goal is to reach 100,000 students within the first year with Eduvence. You can also bring your own lessons here by using the Bilişim Vadisi infrastructure. With this open-source system, Bilişim Vadisi is offering such a platform.”
150 Universities from 33 Countries Support Eduvence Project
Professor Dr. Cihan Çobanoğlu from the McKibbon Foundation Chair at the University of South Florida underlined that with their new projects, people from all over the world will be able to listen to educational content in their desired language with the support of artificial intelligence, stating, “In the Eduvence project, supported by 150 universities from 33 countries, you will have the chance to listen to all lessons and content translated simultaneously into the desired language, including from professors at the world’s best universities, like Harvard and Stanford. They will start speaking Turkish. This is really exciting. I am both happy and proud to be a part of such a project.”
