Bilişim Vadisi’s Companies Attracted Great Interest at CES 2023

Bilişim Vadisi, the technology and innovation hub of Türkiye, participated in CES 2023, the world’s largest Consumer Electronics Show, held in Las Vegas, USA, on January 5-8. AirCar, Büyütech, Cowealthy, Saykal Electronic, Octopus and Saha Robotic from the Bilişim Vadisi companies exhibited their products and made cooperation contacts.

At the world’s largest Consumer Electronics Show, held on January 5-8 in Las Vegas, USA, technological innovations in many fields including computers, smart home appliances, tablets, watches, automotive and health were on display for the first time. From laptops to specialized computer parts, from healthcare solutions to smart home products, the exhibition showcased prototypes of many technological devices that we will encounter in the future.

The focus of CES 2023, where technological products and services that will be in our lives in the near future were introduced including artificial intelligence, sustainability, autonomous vehicles, energy management, digital health, smart cities, and entrepreneurship. Especially autonomous vehicles, sustainability and entrepreneurship were the prominent topics at the fair.

Bilişim Vadisi’s Companies Exhibit Their Technologies

The stands of the Bilişim Vadisi companies attracted attention at the fair, which was attended by six companies, including AirCar, Büyütech, Cowealthy, Saykal Electronic, Octopus and Saha Robotic. The companies of Bilişim Vadisi, which had the opportunity to exhibit their products and technologies for four days, held international cooperation and sales meetings.

At the fair, the stand of AirCar Corp., which conducts research on autonomous flight technologies based on machine vision and manufactures the Turkish domestic flying vehicle, Aircar, an electric and 100% autonomous vehicle, drew attention.

Saha Robotic, which develops hardware and software for autonomous mobile service robots indoors, develops robots that can deliver products from point A to point B in all indoors such as hospitals, hotels, and restaurants to increase productivity in businesses. Saha Robotics participated in CES with a model of these delivery robots.

Cowealthy, working on animal tracking systems; exhibited its Smart Ear Tag product at the fair. The Smart Eat Tag contains an acceleration sensor within an active electronics. In this way, the behavior pattern of the animals is collected and converted into data.

Developing advanced technology electronic products, Saykal Electronic participated in the fair with radar solutions and automotive electronics products.

Since 2011, Büyütech has been working on cameras and camera-related technologies and exhibited its Driver Monitoring System Camera Surround View Camera Rear View Camera product at CES 2023. Octopus had the opportunity to exhibit its digital displays and solutions at the fair.

Intense Interest in ISTKA Pavilion

Republic of Türkiye, Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank met with technology entrepreneurs at the CES 2023 Istanbul Pavilion hosted by ISTKA (Istanbul Development Agency). The pavilion organized within the scope of CES 2023 Türkiye Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Consultation Meeting attracted great interest. The 260-square-meter Istanbul Pavilion, established in the EUREKA Park Fairgrounds, hosted 53 Turkish technology initiatives with innovative and technology-oriented products in the field of consumer electronics. Among the initiatives presented at the pavilion are the following: innovative initiatives such as an electric autonomous air taxi, a portable diagnostic device that detects the risk of vision loss at an early stage, phone software that improves the cognitive performance of people with dyslexia, autism, or Alzheimer’s, and smart agricultural technologies that allow for 365-day urban agriculture.
