Global Capital Gathered in Istanbul
The Enabling Cross-Border Investing event, organized at GO Bilişim Vadisi Istanbul to strengthen global capital flows and support entrepreneurs’ international growth processes, brought together investors, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem leaders from the Türkiye–MENA–UK–Asia corridor.
Aiming to reinforce global capital flows and support entrepreneurs on their international growth journeys, the Enabling Cross-Border Investing event was held in collaboration with GO Bilişim Vadisi Istanbul, Tenity, Terminal İstanbul, Leo Capital, A-typical Ventures, and the London Venture Capital Network. The event became an important gathering where multi-regional investment dynamics across the Türkiye–MENA–UK–Asia axis were discussed.
A New Era in Multi-Regional Investment
The program began with opening remarks by Tenity Program Manager İlayda Bahadıroğlu and Bilişim Vadisi Deputy General Manager Serkan Türkoğlu. “Terminal İstanbul Is on Its Way to Becoming the New Hub of Global Entrepreneurship”
In his opening speech, Bilişim Vadisi Deputy General Manager Serkan Türkoğlu said: “This program, organized today in collaboration with Tenity, is an important step toward Terminal İstanbul’s vision of becoming a meeting point for global capital, knowledge, and talent flows. In a time when technology is rapidly transforming and capital and ideas transcend borders, the fate of startups depends on how quickly they can integrate into global networks. At Terminal İstanbul, we are working to build a strong center that will facilitate this international journey for entrepreneurs.”
“Our Goal Is to Shed Light on Entrepreneurs’ Global Growth Journey”
Tenity Program Manager İlayda Bahadıroğlu said: “We focus on cross-border investments and international growth, which are among the most critical topics for entrepreneurs.” Bahadıroğlu continued: “At Tenity, we work with many entrepreneurs across different global hubs, and we closely observe how access to the right investors, partners, and markets accelerates the scaling process. With this event, our aim is to shed light on entrepreneurs’ global growth journey and share the practical experiences of funds actively investing in Türkiye, MENA, the UK, and Asia with the ecosystem.”
Global Perspectives of Investors Shared in Istanbul
