Bilişim Vadisi

DIGIAGE Game Development & Coding Academy

This project, coordinated by Bilişim Vadisi with partners BRAVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), InoproLT (Lithuania), and TTB (Norway), was financed by the Turkish National Agency, the EU Presidency, and the European Commission. The initiative aimed to collaborate with international partners to organize game development camps for youth, deliver hands-on training, and establish sustainable game studios.

The project developed a comprehensive LMS system that supports aspiring game entrepreneurs by providing resources for coding, game scripting, game development, patents, legal processes, animation courses, market research, financial planning, and idea development. In addition, a toolkit was created to serve as a roadmap for entrepreneurs, and a policy document was published to assist policymakers in supporting the growth of the game ecosystem.

The “DİGİAGE 2.0 Forum” and “GameOn Hackathon” held during the project brought together industry experts and young people, promoting youth participation in democratic processes and enhancing their digital competencies and entrepreneurial skills. Furthermore, a digital platform was established to connect entrepreneurs, investors, academics, and other stakeholders from the international game ecosystem, fostering collaboration and innovation within the sector.
